Piccolo ring.
Piccolo
rings are expanding metal rings intended for printings. They are
inserted into specially prepared holes in order to prevent ruptures in
a fastening place. Often rings are applied by manufacture of
calendars, paper bags, different labels and tags. They are also used
as decorative elements for decoration of a product.
These elements are various and differ in colour and diameter. The most
popular rings is imitation of gold or silver metal, though any shade
can be selected upon request.

Before the direct installation of rings into a paper or a cardboard,
you should make a hole of the corresponding diameter. The ring has a
rolled edge on the one side, and non-rolled edge on the other. The
element should be inserted into a hole with non-rolled edge, and
should be pressed in from the other side. The whole process should be
made using a special machine or combination pliers.
As a result, you get a reliable fastener using which a calendar can
hung up on a wall, or the bag handles can be threaded. |
